East Jakarta Gulkarmat Disinfects 13 Locations Today

The East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency sprayed disinfectant in 13 locations on Saturday (2/12).

Some residents asked us to spray the area with disinfectant as an effort to prevent COVID-19 transmission

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Fire Control and Rescue Section Head, Gatot Sulaeman mentioned, it was carried out to follow up on requests from residents and building owners to prevent  the COVID-19 transmission.

"Some residents asked us to spray the area with disinfectant as an effort to prevent the COVID-19," he conveyed.

His detailed that those 13 locations that sprayed with disinfectant were namely SDN Rambutan 05 Pagi, SDN Rambutan 01, Stikom Prosia on Jl. Tegalan 1, SDN Kelapa Dua Wetan 06 Pagi, GOR Pulo Gadung on Jl. Raya Pemuda Rawamangun, Pisangan Timur Urban Village Office, Nurul Hidayah Mosque in Batu Ampar, and several buildings in East Jakarta Mayor Office consisting of Block A, Block D from 1st to 15th floor, Block B1, and other areas.

"Today, we deploy about 21 personnel and 45 sprayers with a capacity of 16 liters each," he informed.
